• The Schedule of Classes is available in the UCSB Bookstore in mid October or on the web at www.registrar.ucsb.edu/soc.htm.

• Winter 2008 registration appointments are available beginning October 20 by checking GOLD at my.ucsb.edu. You will not receive notification of these dates in the mail:
  • Pass 1 (10/27/07-11/08/07)
  • Pass 2 (11/13/07-12/06/07)
  • Pass 3 (12/20/07-03/14/08)

December 6, 2007

• You must register by (December 6th) in order to avoid paying a $50 late registration fee. Please take care to register by this deadline.

January 7, 2008

• Payment for Winter 2008 is due no later than Monday, January 7. There is a $50 late payment fee for missing this deadline.
• Consult your online BARC statement or the Financial Aid Office if you have any question regarding payment of fees and receiving aid. Failure to meet financial obligations by January 7 will result in a $50 late payment fee.
• Deadline for continuing students to apply for a change of Classification of Residency for Tuition Purposes for Winter Quarter is Monday, January 7. Please submit your application in advance of this deadline for timely processing.
