Diploma Mailing
Diplomas are mailed approximately 3-4 months after the date of graduation and
automatically mailed to the "diploma address" on record. Click
here for information on changing your diploma address.
If you have a financial block on your BARC account at the end of the quarter for which you have declared candidacy to graduate, your diploma will be held until your BARC account is cleared. You must contact the BARC office by phone at (805) 893-3756, or by email to barc.info@barc.ucsb.edu.
PLEASE NOTE: UCSB is not responsible for diplomas which are lost or damaged in the mailing process. Appropriate fees will be assessed for duplicate diplomas requested for those which are lost or damaged in the mailing process. Your diploma will be printed with your official name on record at UCSB. If
